Privacy Policy

Final Touch Exteriors respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, by phone or email, and when providing quotes or services.

Information We Collect

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, requested service, suburb, property details, preferred date, enquiry details, optional property photos, records of quotes and communications, and basic technical information recorded by website hosting or security systems.

Please avoid including people, number plates, personal documents or other unnecessary personal information in uploaded photos.

How We Collect Information

We usually collect information directly from you when you submit a website form, call or email us, request a quote, provide property photos, or communicate with us about a service.

Why We Use Information

We may use personal information to respond to enquiries, assess requested work, prepare quotes, arrange and provide services, communicate about appointments or service updates, maintain business and safety records, manage complaints or legal requirements, and operate or secure our website.

Optional property photos are used to assess or document requested work. We will not use them as marketing material without separate permission. If required information is not provided, we may be unable to assess the property, prepare a quote or respond fully.

Who May Receive Information

Information may be handled by our personnel and contractors where needed to assess or provide a service, providers supporting our website, hosting, email, file storage, communications, security or business administration, professional advisers or authorities where reasonably necessary or required by law, and another party where you have consented.

Some service providers may store or process information outside Australia. The locations depend on the providers in use. You may contact us for current information about these arrangements.

Security and Retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, interference and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it where practical.

Access and Correction

You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Privacy Questions and Complaints

If you have a privacy question or complaint, contact us and explain the issue. We will review it and respond within a reasonable time. Where the Privacy Act 1988 applies and a concern remains unresolved, you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our services, technology or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this website with its updated date.
