These terms govern use of the Final Touch Exteriors website and the general process for enquiries, quotes and bookings.
Website Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed when Final Touch Exteriors accepts the booking and the customer accepts the applicable written quote or scope of work.
Quotes and Service Scope
Each written quote will identify the relevant scope, inclusions, exclusions, price, payment timing and quote validity. A quote based on descriptions or photos may need to be confirmed after inspecting the property. If site conditions materially differ from the information provided, any change to the scope or price will be discussed and agreed before additional work proceeds.
Customer Information and Property Access
The customer must have authority to request work at the property, provide accurate information, provide safe and reasonable access at the agreed time, and tell us about known hazards, restricted access, fragile surfaces, leaks, recent coatings, existing damage or other conditions that may affect the work.
Surfaces and Results
Exterior surfaces can vary because of age, wear, previous repairs, coatings, porosity, oxidation, staining and existing damage. Cleaning can remove surface contamination but cannot repair deterioration or guarantee that every permanent stain, mark or defect will be removed.
We will select methods based on the visible surface type, condition and access. Any material limitation identified before work begins will be discussed with the customer.
Timing, Access and Weather
Outdoor work may be affected by weather, unsafe access or other conditions outside reasonable control. If work cannot safely proceed, we will communicate with the customer and arrange another suitable time.
Photos
Customer-supplied photos may be used to assess requested work. We may also take photos where reasonably needed to document property condition, the agreed scope or completed work. Identifiable job photos will not be used for marketing without separate permission.
Website Information and Images
Website information is general and does not replace a property-specific assessment or written quote. Unless an image is expressly identified as a completed Final Touch Exteriors project, it should be treated as illustrative. Results shown in images may not be achievable on every property because surfaces and conditions vary.
Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with rights and consumer guarantees that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law. These can include guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill, be fit for a disclosed purpose, and be supplied within a reasonable time where no time has been agreed.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Concerns About a Service
Please contact us promptly if you have a concern and provide relevant details or photos where practical. We will assess the concern and provide any remedy required by applicable law. Prompt notice helps us inspect the issue but does not remove any legal rights.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these website terms from time to time. The terms applying to an accepted quote are those provided or available when that quote is accepted, unless the parties later agree otherwise.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applying in New South Wales and Australia.
